Job Summary

  • Managing Dealers, Telecallers and Field-Sales teams in a new venture including but not limited to tracking Lead Generation, Lead Management, Product Trials, Payment Collection and Customer Relationship Management.
  • The individual will have high accountability and responsibility for operational success across the organization across multiple branches.
  • Willing to take leadership role and motivate team to achieve Sales Targets

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Set Daily / Weekly / Monthly Targets for team members
  • Team management- reporting, coordination, motivation, performance review, reward/ incentives/ appreciation
  • Dealer Development & Management: Identifying and managing new dealers
  • Customer Data Management in CRM
  • Lead Research and calling for specific market segments
  • Arranging product trainings for Team for existing and new products

Skills & Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing
  • 5+ years experience of all round Sales & Marketing operations experience
  • Good working knowledge of Lead Generation and CRM tools
    Demonstrated success in Sales activities within a fast-paced, technically focused environment is essential.
  • Must be results-oriented and demonstrate smart thinking, flexibility in dealing with changing and ambiguous situations.
